EduTrack is a web-based educational management portal handling student enrollment, course scheduling, grading, and administrative workflows for an educational institution client. Built with Vue.js on the frontend and MongoDB for flexible data storage, then deployed on DigitalOcean.
The client's existing process relied on scattered spreadsheets and manual record-keeping across departments. The system needed to unify these workflows into a single portal without disrupting how staff already worked day-to-day.
The portal centralized enrollment, course, and grading data into one system, reducing manual data entry and giving administrators a real-time view of student records. It has remained in active use since launch, handling the institution's day-to-day operations reliably.
EduTrack demonstrated how a purpose-built portal can replace fragmented manual processes with a single reliable system — without forcing staff to relearn how they work.
